4 letters included in the cost of the sign. Any additional letters are chargeable at £1.10 each.
Choice of letter colours are - black, bright blue, navy blue or green.
The smallest size we can sandblast is 50mm (2 inch) high lettering. Using this size text you can fit 6 UPPER CASE letters and spaces to 12 inches 300mm or 9 lower case letters and spaces to 12 inches (300mm). You will also need to allow some space either side of the wording. Height of letters dependant on total letters/wording, preferred layout and font chosen.
The Douglas Fir is planed down to 1" (25mm) thick. The planks come in at 9" and 12" wide but we can join timbers for larger signs. For other large signs try English Oak or Red Cedar

Simple shaping can be made to the sign for a £7.50 charge. Shaping can be rounded corners, rounded ends, arrow shaping, etc.
This type of sign can be varnished instead of danish oiled, for a charge of £5. Please note this will extend the lead time of the sign by 5 working days.
Holes can be drilled @ £0.75 per hole - 4 recommended for this size sign

You can safety leave the layout to us. However if you would like a drawing of the layout/font chosen sent before the actual sign is made we can do this at a cost of £2.75.
If you would like a selection of possible layouts or fonts from which to choose your final sign the artwork cost is £5.00
Should the options given not specify a detail you would like, please type any further specifications into the box entitled 'notes'. Please also state here if you require the sign to be cut down to a specific size.
The standard lead time for this sign is 17 working days. This can be reduced by up to 5 working days if priority order classification is chosen. Please note that if you have a specific deadline for the signage we will endeavour to manufacture the signage by your specified date although we do reserve the right to refuse the order should this prove impossible to acccomplish.
