A very useful material is the 3 mm Aluminium Composite Sheet. This is composed of a thermoplastic polyethylene core sandwiched between two aluminium alloy sheets which produces high quality signs which are cheaper than flat plate aluminium. Also available in many interesting finishes - metalic, stone, woodgrain and plain colours.
We can cover the 3mm aluminium composite board in full colour printed vinyl. This is ideal for small lettering (under 20mm), or where several colours are used, several images needed or where photos are required. NB - all printed vinyl does gradually fade over the years. For a longer lasting sign we use cut vinyl lettering.
Manufactured from 3mm solid aluminium and covered with full colour vinyl printing. Heavy duty - Ideal for commercial use.
Again made with solid aluminium plate but with channels fitted on the reverse. They can be supplied with fixings to attach to round posts, square posts, farm gates or other tubing. Aluminium posts can also be supplied either grey or in matching colours.
Fibreglass Signs have massive advantage over other sign systems. Although comparatively light, they are extremely strong and therefore restistant to vanalism and weathering. The ability of fibreglass to be moulded offers shapes and sizes which could be cost prohibitive in other mediums
PVC is the cheapest material and ideal for safety and information signs. The 3mm comes in a variety of colours, the 5mm in white only. Letters cut from vinyl in your choice of colour.
