Backing Boards for PlaquesBacking Boards for Plaques - Painted Wood, Oak, Iroko, Sapele and Weatherproof Corian

We make backing boards in four different timbers and stone like corian. Oak is the most beautiful timber and we treat oak backing boards with a tough commercial satin varnish. Iroko is a timber similar to teak. It is full of its own oil and needs very little maintenance. Sapele look like mahogany, a deep red timber which is again supplied varnished. We use accoya wood or sapele for the painted backing boards. Another alternative is the stone-like corian which is virtually maintenance free.  Click here for Tree Stakes
