It is very important that you guests can find their table easily. These table planners are very attractive and clearly display the names under each table heading. You can choose almost any colour for text and background or even send in your own ready to print artwork. You can even have the reverse made into a whiteboard to usse after the event.

These table planners are made from an aluminium composite material which is very strong yet lightweight. The print is on a scuff resistant full colour matt finish vinyl which is completely waterproof.

We can design them in a similar way to the photos shown or you can request the designer to create you a new design. Alternatively you can send us ready to print artwork for a £10 discount. Make sure the artwork is at the appropriate size with a resolution of at least 100dpi.

The background colour can fade from darker at the top to lighter at the bottom as in the green table planner shown. Let us know in the notes box.

We can also replace the table numbers with table names. In this case put the Table name in front of the guest names.

So not to waste the board after the event we can make the reverse of the board into a whiteboard, which can be used with any standard whiteboard pens.
