An extremely strong and solid wood, oak is slightly more expensive than some of our other timbers but is really built to last. These 4" x 5" oak post are planned down to 95 x 115mm, then the edges are routered and the tops are shaped.

The posts are treated with several coats of Satin Varnish. Letters can be sanded directly onto the posts for a more unique look.
