Information
These blackboards are made by our carpenters using solid timber. You have the choice of beautiful chestnut, oil rich iroko or sapele which is similar to mahogany. The finish can be Devon Oil or a tough commercial satin varnish. If you are using outside please re-oil twice a year. The blackboard itself is made from Tricoya - a tough wood-based board which can even be used outside. It is painted with blackboard paint. You can use real chalk or chalk pens.
To personalise your blackboard we can laser engrave wording onto the frame. On the blackboard we can paint on lettering or apply vinyl lettering.
