Superior quality steel post holder spikes - similar to Metposts, which have been galvanised and powder coated brown making them long lasting and very smart. These are ideal for our all signs with posts, both painted or natural wood. Can also be used with fence posts.
They allow you to erect a sign post in minutes without digging holes or mixing concrete. Drive the post support into the ground with a sledge hammer and the 3-fin steel spike will provide secure anchorage.
The bolts on the side tighten to secure the post into place. The are also holes on either side to allow for screws to give extra support.
If you are purchasing these to go with one of our planed posts we suggest a post sleeve should be fitted to the post for a really snug fit. We will also provide a bolt to go through the post.
The small 50mm x 50mm post support spike is ideal for tree stakes and memorial plaques.
We recommend the use of post spikes fro erecting signs on posts for two reasons. Firstly they will increase the lifespan of the post. Secondly if the sign should be damaged in any way it will much easier to send it back to us for refurbishment.
