Standard Production  and Delivery

All our crafted signs and memorials are individually designed and unique to you. Production times varies on the production processes for each type of sign - see times below.  If you need a sign urgently - call us and we will help if we  can.  Production time is from the proof approval and payment in full to the estimated dispatch date - this may vary depending on workload.  Please note - working days are Monday to Friday only and exclude bank holidays. 

Christmas 2025 - The office and workshop will close at midday on 22nd December.  The office will reopen on 5th January and the workshop staff will return on 7th January.

Once the sign, personalised gift or memorial is complete we will deliver as soon as possible. Most parcels are sent on a one day service.

Gifts and off the shelf products will be sent out within 3 working days

All our parcels are send by tracked courier. If for any reason your parcel does not arrive we will remake and send out ASAP.
