Available in 5 different sizes (50 x 50mm, 100 x 100mm, 150 x 150mm, 200 x 200mm & 300 x 300mm) and in 4 different materials, white self adhesive vinyl, white rigid PVC, photoluminescent self adhesive vinyl or photoluminescent rigid PVC.
Throughout the UK it is illegal to smoke in commercial buildings, company vehicles or the communal areas in a residential establishment. Failure to enforce this legislation by displaying the signs appropriate to the devolved parts of the UK can result in heavy fines levied on landlords, tenants and persons guilty of smoking in these areas. (Smoke free (signs) Regulation 2007). However the Smoke free (signs) Regulation 2012 revokes the 2007 Regulation in England only at this time simplifying the signage requirement to displaying one legible 'No smoking' sign in smoke free premises and company vehicles. It is recommended that the Responsible Person(s) reinforces the no smoking message particularly in areas where people might feel it safe to smoke e.g. rest rooms, toilets and places of leisure etc.
