Very Durable Douglas Fir Memorial Plaque

Douglas Fir is actually a type of softwood but one that is characterised by exceptional strength, hardness and durability which makes it an excellent choice for memorials. The timber has beautiful grain and a lovely red/brown and yellow colouring. 

Many people opt to have natural lasered lettering but on occasion this can come out two toned which makes the writing not as visible. We would reccommend having the letters painted black to avoid this issue. If your plaque is to go in a natural burial and paint is not allowed we would reccommend an Iroko Memorial Plaque. 

Lettering can be as small as 10mm, which makes these plaques ideal for those looking for detailed wording. Images can also be included and we have a wide range of fonts to choose from. 

If you need more than 6 lines add in notes box. NB only 3 lines on 50mm high plaque.
